Esteemed Colleagues,

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Society of Nephrology (IrSN), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 20^th International Congress of the Iranian Society of Nephrology (ICNDT 2026).

For decades, the IrSN has remained steadfast in its commitment to advancing nephrology education and promoting excellence in patient care. In addition to organizing bimonthly scientific meetings and biennial national congresses, the Society has consistently pursued its educational mission through the International Congress of Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation (ICNDT), held every two years. The scientific program encompasses the full spectrum of adult and pediatric nephrology, dialysis, kidney transplantation, hypertension, and related disciplines, highlighting the latest evidence, innovative research, and advances in patient care. Renowned national and international experts are invited to share their knowledge and experience, providing participants with cutting-edge scientific insights and practical guidance. Through these efforts, we strive to advance the knowledge and clinical expertise of nephrologists in Iran and across the region.

Supporting the next generation of nephrologists is one of our highest priorities. We actively encourage young investigators to present their latest research, recognize outstanding scientific contributions through prestigious awards, and facilitate the participation of promising young nephrologists from Iran and neighboring countries by offering complimentary registration.

To ensure that the educational impact of each congress extends well beyond the meeting itself, we publish a comprehensive textbook based on the scientific lectures. This volume serves as both a lasting reference for attendees and a practical resource for clinicians wishing to revisit the key topics presented during the congress.

This year, we are honored to host ICNDT 2026 in the historic and magnificent city of Isfahan, home to one of Iran's leading medical universities and a distinguished nephrology community. We are delighted to welcome adult and pediatric nephrologists, internists, and other healthcare professionals from Iran and around the world as distinguished faculty members and valued participants. We hope this congress will provide an inspiring forum for scientific exchange, professional collaboration, and the development of enduring professional relationships.

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 20^th International Congress of the Iranian Society of Nephrology (ICNDT 2026), which will be held from November 4–6, 2026, in the historic city of Isfahan, Iran. We are delighted to bring together distinguished faculty members, researchers, and healthcare professionals from Iran and around the world for three days of scientific exchange, collaboration, and professional networking.

As the flagship scientific meeting of the Iranian Society of Nephrology, ICNDT has served for more than three decades as an important platform for advancing nephrology education and fostering collaboration among clinicians, researchers, and allied healthcare professionals. Guided by the Society's enduring commitment to education, research, and excellence in patient care, the congress continues to provide participants with the latest scientific evidence, innovative research, and practical clinical insights.

The scientific program has been carefully designed to encompass the full spectrum of adult and pediatric nephrology, dialysis, kidney transplantation, hypertension, and related disciplines.
