Entry Requirements
As for all international travels, the visitors of I.R. Iran are requital to be in possession of a valid passport and an entry visa. Please contact the congress secretariat to request a letter of invitation for visa purposes. Decision to issue a visa is within the sole purview of the local Iranian embassy or consulate.

Registration
You may register through the congress web site or by sending the registration form to the congress secretariat. Registration fees are received only onsite, by cash for the participant form countries other than Iran:

Iranian participants:                                   5,000,000 IRR

Other Countries Participant:                500 USD (on-site)

Low Middle-income Countries:           100 USD (on-site)

Low income:                                                      Free 

Late Registration: (After 15th Nov 2023 (1402/08/24)) The added amount of 2.000.000 IRR for Iranian participants
